Katrin Stangl, an internationally acclaimed German illustrator talks about her work and her latest projects and reflects on the current direction of graphics and the publishing world, whereby the book, the physical, is being re-adapted to suit virtual platforms in an attempt to survive.

We will discuss how she approaches commissions and creates images, her creative processes and the different techniques she employs, such as engraving, printing, painting and, of course, her work using digital techniques.
