"Design Pills" is an initiative promoted by Mondragon University that is presented with the aim of bringing students and the general public closer to the professional world of design. This special edition, which is being held as part of Bilbao Design Week 2020, will share professional experiences related to people-centred design, specifically the importance of the incorporation and participation of people in the design development process, to better understand their needs and empathise with them for a more optimal result that meets their needs and expectations.
