t this workshop, we will demonstrate how using the simple technique of furoshiki knotting (the name given to the fabric used to wrap products) we can generate an infinite number of packaging models, from boxes to bags, handbags and bottle packs. This technique is also a perfect tool for decorators and interior designers, as well as design and packaging professionals who want to offer their customers a different, sustainable, ecological and efficient packaging item.
It arose as an alternative to paper. Companies like Lush and Shiseido already include it as an enticement, marketing tool and of course as packaging for their products.
Also, if you simply like the technique or are familiar with furoshiki but you are not dedicated to design, this workshop will be ideal since we will start with basic pieces that you can use in your day to day and for any moment or situation.
